Wooster Wayne Community Transit (WWCT), operating as WayGo, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide full transit operations and maintenance services beginning August 1, 2025.
This exciting opportunity comes as the City of Wooster transitions to a 5311-eligible rural transit system, expanding service and strengthening connections across our region. The selected contractor will operate, maintain, and administer all aspects of the WayGo service in full compliance with FTA and State of Ohio regulations.
All services must adhere to applicable federal, state, and local policies, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VI, driver training standards, and drug and alcohol testing requirements.
