  • Staff assistance to the Planning Commission, Board of Building and Zoning Appeals and Design and Review Board
  • Review of Development Plan, Conditional Use, Subdivision, Zoning/Map Amendment, Variance, Appeal, and Certificate of Appropriateness applications 
  • Maintenance of the City of Wooster Planning and Zoning Code
  • Maintenance of the City of Wooster Comprehensive Plan
  • Planning projects including downtown planning, bike path planning and historic preservation initiatives
  • Enforcement of the Planning and Zoning Code
