We do not accept cash or credit card payment at the water station. All users must apply for an account through the website:

There is a minimum prepayment of $5 required. The water rate is .02¢ per gallon or $20 per 1,000 gallons.

Before adding prepayments to your account, please keep in mind that we do not refund unused balance.


After you’ve applied for an account, you will receive an email letting you know that your Prepay Account has been accepted. You will then need to click on the link to create a password for your account. Your username is your email address.

Once you are logged into your account, you will need to set up your "truck." 

  1. Click on the Trucks tab, then select Truck Management.
  2. Click on New at the top left corner of the screen.
  3. An Access number is automatically assigned to the truck.
  4. Select a 4-Digit PIN (The PIN cannot start with "0" and cannot be a common combination like "1234.").
  5. Name your Truck. (It can be anything--number, name or combination of both.).
  6. Be sure to Save.

You will need to enter BOTH the Access # and PIN # at the kiosk when you purchase water. 

To preload funds into your account using a credit card, log in to your account.

  1. On the home screen, click on Make a Payment.
  2. On the lower left portion of the screen in the Enter Payment Amount field, enter the amount you want to apply to your account. It can be any amount but must be at least $5. You can use the arrow keys to increase or decrease by $1, or type the amount in the field.
  3. Click Submit Payment.
  4. Enter your credit card information. (You may cancel the transaction at this stage. In the Shopping Cart box, click on Cancel Transaction.)
  5. To proceed, click on Next Step: Review Payment.
  6. Review payment information.
  7. If you want to change the payment method at this stage, click on the paper and pencil icon next to the card expiration date. This will take you back to the previous screen, and you can update the payment information.
  8. If you want to delete the payment method, click on the trash can icon  next to the card expiration date. You may re-enter your payment method or cancel the transaction.
  9. To cancel the entire transaction, you may click on Cancel Transaction in the Shopping Cart
  10. To complete the transaction, check the box next to Payment Terms of Service.
  11. Click Make Payment.


HOW TO USE THE ACCESS TERMINAL

First, connect the hose to your tank.

On the Terminal Panel:

1.  Select the hose size (1=3” hose, 2=2” hose). Press Enter.
2.  Enter your 4-digit access code. Press Enter.
3.  Enter your 4-digit PIN. Press Enter.
4.  Screen displays current balance. Press Start.
5.  Enter the volume of water desired. Press Enter.
6.  Count down to water flow begins. (Can press Stop if needed.)
7.  Press Stop whenever you want to end the flow of water.
8.  Press FP to pause the flow of water.
