Sand Volleyball League
Weeknights in the Summer
Co-ed sand volleyball leagues are offered each summer to adults in our community. This league is a great chance for community members to get out of the gym and play some volleyball against other teams from the community. The sand volleyball courts are located at Freedlander Park. Officials are provided for this league.
Indoor Coed Volleyball League
A co-ed league is offered weeknights in the Spring and Fall. The league takes place at the Gault Recreation and Fitness Center at Wooster High School. Registration is taken by team and officials are provided for this league.
Season Dates: Thursday Evenings, 10/3 - 12/5

Chair Yoga
Monday Mornings: 9:15am - 10:00am
Chair Yoga is a soft yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or using the chair for support. It is designed to help those who struggle with balance and does not require getting down on the floor.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Monday Mornings: 10:15am - 11:00am
The practice of yoga has become a modern-day symbol of peace, serenity and well-being. The mind-body practice is frequently touted for its ability to reduce stress and boost well-being, but it also offers wide-ranging physical health benefits that rival other forms of exercise, such as: improve brain function, lower stress levels, increase flexibility, lower blood pressure, improve lung capacity, improve sense of balance, strengthen bones and lower risk of heart disease.
Pickleball Clinics
Join one clinic or join all. Our Pickleball Instructor, Jeff Roberts, will go over a series of Pickleball Fundamentals. Each clinic will focus on a different element of the game. The next clinics will be Saturdays mornings in June from 10:00 -11:30am.
This five week course is designed for students with little or no previous background in American Sign Language (ASL). Participants will be introduced to basic conversational techniques in ASL including high frequency vocabulary, basic sentence constructions, and cultural aspects of the Deaf community. There are no required textbooks or homework, though practice outside of class is encouraged.
