Wooster Wayne Community Transit (WWCT), operating as WayGo, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide full transit operations and maintenance services beginning August 1, 2025. The selected contractor will operate, maintain, and administer all aspects of the service in compliance with FTA and State of Ohio regulations. This procurement supports the City of Wooster’s transition to a 5311-eligible rural transit system. Contractors must adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local policies, including ADA, Title VI, driver training, and drug and alcohol testing requirements.
