In an effort to celebrate Wooster’s recognition as a continual top Micropolitan in the state and the nation by both Policom and Site Selection Magazine, the Director of the Ohio Department of Development, Lydia Mihalik, visited Wooster this Thursday, along with State Representative Scott Wiggam. The Mayor and our Development team took them on tours of Wooster Brush, Mariola Italian and the Liberty-Beall Project, Wooster Works co-working space downtown, and Local Roots. Most of these projects were supported or received funding associated with the Department of Development, which contributed to our ranking, and continue to make Wooster a great place to live and do business.
